Jill Hennessy

Jill Hennessy has been a television actress for more than 30 years. She was born in Edmonton Alberta Canada, on November 25, 1968. The actress was in Law and Order alongside Chris Noth. Hennessy is from Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy, her father was a marketing executive in sales and meat salesman. This job required constant travel for his family. Maxine, her secretary mother left the family when she relocated to Kitchener Ontario in 1982. Her daughter was then turned over to her grandmother Eleanor. She has a younger brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. as well as an identical twin sister Jacqueline, who is a writer for magazines and television show host in Canada. Hennessy has a lineage that goes back to Irish French Swedish Italian on her father's side, as well as to a majority of Ukrainian Roma along with Austrian from her mother's. She was a student at Stanley Park Senior Public School after which she graduated from Grand River Collegiate Institute in Kitchener Ontario and used to perform busking on her local Toronto subway. Hennessy was a twin on Dead Ringers with her older sister. Gillian Anderson, an actress who ended up getting the role said she was on the list in the search for Dana Scully. She married Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. The couple is blessed with two sons.
