Patridge was on the show more than any cast member in The Hills. Patridge began her Hollywood career on the reality series The Hills. She then was offered a minor role on Into the Blue 2 The Reef. The film premiered in direct-to-DVD format on April 21, 2009. Patridge was a guest in Mad TV and Do Not Disturb. As of August 2008, she was chosen to play Megan on Sorority Row. The production began in October 2008 through early 2009. The show's release date was on September 11th 2009. Patridge was featured in Carl's Jr. advertisements from the year 2009 until 2012. She refuted rumors claiming that she was going to play the persona based on her Hills co-star Lauren Conrad when the film L.A. Candy based Conrad's novel came out.
